Job Title: Associate Director Product Management on W2

Openings: 2

Target Start Date: 2-Dec-2024

End Date: 3-month contract to start, but project roadmap through 2025

Location: Houston preferred where the client site is located, but open to candidates local to PS offices on CST/EST – these locations include Atlanta, Birmingham, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Irving, Miami, Minneapolis, Montclair, New York, or DC. Also open to remote with travel to Houston.

Travel: If not located in Houston, frequent travel should be expected to our PS office and the client site in Houston (3-days per week onsite)

Interview Process: 1-2 internal video interviews and 1 client round video interview

Job - Must Have Skills:

• CDP Experience on any of the platforms – Adobe, Treasure Data, Salesforce
• Capability to drive discovery of segment evolution and ability to stitch data with product requirements
• Mindset of use case driven approach to showcase value
• End-to-end solution thinking and facilitation skills with Senior clients
• Retail background
