Summary
- Spigen’s e-Commerce Website Operator is responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence by overseeing product listings, inventory management, and brand communication campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creativity, and strategic thinking to ensure optimal website performance, effective inventory management, and successful marketing initiatives.
Job Duties
[Site Content Management]
- Reproduce listing creation and modification from A-Z (product listings, collection pages, banners, descriptions, etc)
- Identify and distinguish front and backend connection
- Troubleshoot and fix errors during listing upload
- Suggest new content ideas by following trends and analyzing competitor contents
- Contribute to creation/compilation information (description, bullet points, etc.) for a range of products
[Inventory Management]
- Update daily inventory
- Monitor stock at SQ inventory and identify requirements for stock replenishment
- Submit routine requests for stock replenishment without supervision
- Communicate with operators in charge of products to understand new product manufacturing and lead time
- Review and adjust inventory forecasting
- Monitor overall inventory health and drive initiatives to ensure optimum inventory availability at all times
- Complete additional tasks requested by other teams for inventory health (Overstock, listing updates, etc)
[Brand Communication & Campaigns]
- Support in planning and executing all email marketing campaigns
- Communicate with corresponding teams to plan, manage, update, execute necessary campaigns and all its components
- Collaborate with social team for possible campaigns to maximize brand exposure
- Write effective preview text and subject lines using best practices
- Build and maintains email lists
- Support in creating email / SMS marketing automation and workflows
- Understand all necessary functions of Klaviyo platform to deliver performance
- Understand the P2M project process and each of the design projects’ goal to plan effective campaigns
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Implement meta-descriptions / alt-texts on website contents for web exposure & drive traffic
- Research how to improve SEO by diving into customer research
- Research strategic long and short-form keywords to be included in brand content to achieve a higher search engine ranking
- Monitor results to ensure pages are populating in relevant / important keywords
Skills
- Some familiarity of shopify management
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related internet software
