Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Heating Air Conditioning Specialist at WORK Inc. in Boston, MA. HVAC/ Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for conducting HVAC troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and providing excellent customer service in the heating and air conditioning systems.

Project Management Skills

• Ability to successfully complete a Federal Background Check
• Management skills.
• HVAC skills
• BS in Facility Management and/or 8 years’ experience in basic facilities engineering work with at least 3 of years of supervisory experience. HVAC licensure required.

Qualifications

• Plumbing and HVAC skills
• Troubleshooting experience
• Customer service skills
• Preventive maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as Chillers.
• Certification/Education in HVAC or Engineering fields preferred
