Overview:
Our client, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Compensation and Planning, you’ll oversee the design, development, execution, and administration of executive and equity incentive programs. This global role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations and supports the organization’s strategy to attract, retain, and engage top leadership talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incentive Program Administration: Lead and manage US and UK stock-based incentive plans, ensuring compliance with equity plan rules, global laws, and regulations.
- Compensation Committee Materials: Prepare and present materials for the Compensation Committees, including annual compensation disclosures.
- Long-Term Incentive Planning: Oversee annual long-term incentive planning, including stock grants, vesting, and regulatory compliance, in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external resources, including legal, corporate accounting, payroll, and tax, to ensure governance and compliance in all executive compensation programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or HR); Master’s degree a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Executive Compensation, Finance, Accounting, or stock plan administration in a global organization.
- Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
