Lead Front End Engineer

**This is a hybrid position 2-3x a week onsite in NYC

Seeking an experienced technology leader with hands-on expertise across project lifecycles, strong team management skills, and a commitment to delivering successful client solutions, particularly in Finance, Solutions Consulting, or start-ups.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and architecture on front-end projects, from design to complex builds.
• Build strategic client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with business development on project proposals and pitches.
• Engage in industry events, thought leadership, and team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software development, with 5+ years leading Agile teams.
• Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript frameworks, with experience in cloud platforms and SDLC practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; experience in finance or consulting is a plus.
