FULL-TIME POSITION
Are you an experienced Salesforce CRM with a strong background in banking, wealth management, and technology development? We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader with expertise in Salesforce Financial and Marketing Cloud to drive our CRM architecture, collaborating with C-level business users, account officers, relationship managers, and regional banking heads to transform our CRM experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce CRM architecture, focusing on Financial and Marketing Cloud, collaborating with business analysts and developers to enhance our Salesforce platform.
- Technical Project Management
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives, from initial design through to successful delivery, managing technical aspects with an agile approach to ensure robust, timely outcomes.
- Solution Design & Development
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other representations, designing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Platform Security & Compliance
- Define security models (Roles, Hierarchy, Sharing), integrate security measures in collaboration with CISO, and ensure adherence to SDLC and ITIL methodologies.
- Production Support
- Ensure smooth daily production activities, data maintenance, and issue resolution within established SLAs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT teams, MuleSoft, Database, and Core Banking platforms to ensure seamless integrations and end-to-end performance.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, championing industry best practices and development frameworks to deliver top-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce experience and 15-20+ years in software development.
- Technical Proficiency
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and SQL.
- Project & SDLC Management
- Successfully drove Salesforce projects, including configuration, problem-solving, change management, and release management.
- Industry Expertise
- Strong background in banking and wealth management, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
