FULL-TIME POSITION

Are you an experienced Salesforce CRM with a strong background in banking, wealth management, and technology development? We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader with expertise in Salesforce Financial and Marketing Cloud to drive our CRM architecture, collaborating with C-level business users, account officers, relationship managers, and regional banking heads to transform our CRM experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development Leadership
    Oversee end-to-end Salesforce CRM architecture, focusing on Financial and Marketing Cloud, collaborating with business analysts and developers to enhance our Salesforce platform.

  • Technical Project Management
    Lead Salesforce development initiatives, from initial design through to successful delivery, managing technical aspects with an agile approach to ensure robust, timely outcomes.

  • Solution Design & Development
    Translate business requirements into technical specifications, creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other representations, designing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Platform Security & Compliance
    Define security models (Roles, Hierarchy, Sharing), integrate security measures in collaboration with CISO, and ensure adherence to SDLC and ITIL methodologies.

  • Production Support
    Ensure smooth daily production activities, data maintenance, and issue resolution within established SLAs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with IT teams, MuleSoft, Database, and Core Banking platforms to ensure seamless integrations and end-to-end performance.

  • Continuous Improvement
    Identify opportunities for process enhancements, championing industry best practices and development frameworks to deliver top-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience
    Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce experience and 15-20+ years in software development.

  • Technical Proficiency
    Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and SQL.

  • Project & SDLC Management
    Successfully drove Salesforce projects, including configuration, problem-solving, change management, and release management.

  • Industry Expertise
    Strong background in banking and wealth management, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
