About the Role: We’re seeking an Identity Access & Control Manager/Admin to join a dynamic team in Tulsa, OK. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role, offering the chance to make a real impact in identity and access management (IAM). If you’re passionate about RBAC, permissions management, and IAM tools like SailPoint and Okta, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and refine role-based access control (RBAC) structures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on audits and compliance.
• Oversee user access provisioning, onboarding, and permissions management.
• Utilize tools like Active Directory, SailPoint, and Okta.
• Maintain strict access policies while ensuring compliance with audit frameworks (HIPAA, SOX, etc.).

Role Requirements:

• Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or similar.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, access governance, and permissions management.
• Strong background in collaborating with security and audit teams.

Onsite requirement: 100% onsite in Tulsa.
