$120k-$140k + bonus
*open to Manager or Sr. Manager Title depending on years of experience
Our client, a growing company in the CPG/Personal Care space is looking for a passionate CRM marketer to join their team and drive Email/SMS strategy and hands on execution.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end process for Email & SMS campaign execution, including devising campaign cadence in line with marketing calendars, brand storytelling ideation, driving copy and creative development, optimizing, and evolving creative templates, leading new campaign story streams, and ensuring well-optimized landing environments.
• Responsible for planning/briefing, building, editing, testing, approving, scheduling and
deploying campaigns in Email/SMS platform.
• Responsible for regular maintenance of Email & SMS database
• Stay up to date with Email & SMS marketing trends and best practices
• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM roadmap to enhance customer engagement,
retention and conversion.
• Implement automated workflows to nurture leads, recover abandoned carts/checkouts, re engage inactive/lapsed customers, and increase customer retention and LTV.
• Create personalized experiences through targeted messaging, product recommendations, and special offers etc.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences
• Robust analysis and reporting of CRM, Email & SMS campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities based on consumer insights and competitor analysis.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategy to improve CRM, Email & SMS engagement and conversion t
• Drive & implement list growth strategies for both Email and SMS
Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Klaviyo, Attentive and Shopify required.
• 4+ years’ experience managing CRM/Email/SMS marketing programs; DTC experience required.
• Passionate about CRM and enhancing the consumer journey.
• Proven track record scaling and optimizing Email and SMS programs to drive improved engagement and conversion.
• Hands-on experience delivering CRM lifecycle automation including dynamic content, segmentation, and personalization.
• Proven experience developing and implementing A/B testing strategies.
• Ability to liaison and collaborate with marketing and creative teams, as well as agencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messages for different consumer segments and
marketing channels.
• Comfortable and proficient in GA4.
• Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
• Understanding of best practices with regards to Email/SMS and deliverability.
