Synechron is looking for a Lead Java developer with with Flowable BPM to join our Team in Dallas, TX

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead/Architect with extensive experience in Flowable to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a proven track record of hands-on development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. This role requires a deep understanding of process automation and BPM (Business Process Management) using Flowable.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications using Flowable.
  • Lead the architectural design of new projects and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java and BPM.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
  • 3+ years of experience with Flowable BPM or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of other BPM tools and frameworks.
  • Certification in Java or BPM methodologies is a plus.
