Mission

As a Senior Talent Partner, your mission is to deliver exceptional results and thrive in a collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who is a recruiting generalist, experienced in multiple fields.

This is a hybrid role, based in Austin, Texas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and attract top talent across various disciplines (Tech / GTM)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and find the perfect fit.
  • Innovate and improve our recruitment processes to stay ahead in the competitive tech market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You have a proven track record across various recruitment fields (Tech / GTM)
  • Network: A solid network across the industry, in your market location and beyond.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in the latest talent acquisition trends and market developments.
  • Drive: A results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering top talent quickly and efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire candidates and clients.

Metrics and Data

  • Project: Meet or exceed project deadlines consistently.
  • Quality of Work: Maintain high quality standards against project and personal OKRs.
  • Partnership Engagement: Measure and improve team satisfaction and engagement levels with our partners.

Qualifications

  • Evidence of a proven skill set in a high accountability role within talent acquisition as an individual contributor in recruiting for 4+ Years
  • Capable of delivering hiring from start to finish i.e. Role calibration, kicking off new requirements, managing multiple passive and active sources of candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback.
  • Deep understanding of offer management and how to impact the outcome.
  • Strong track record of driving high-performance teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
