Senior Associate Attorney

Established South Florida Law firm representing niche public and private sector clients is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience preferably with an emphasis on foreclosures, contracts and property rights matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide informed, strategic legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in litigation laws and regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
• Represent the firm professionally in all client interactions, court appearances, and other professional engagements.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive oral arguments and written submissions in court.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar is a must.
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Foreclosure, contracts and property rights matters experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials.
• A self-starter with superior research and analytical skills.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong commitment to exceptional client service.
