System Engineer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer with one of our MSP clients. The company is based out of Spokane, however this position will be a full-time on-site role at one of their client locations in Moses Lake, WA. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in administering and maintaining the clients IT infrastructure, including server and desktop environments. You will be the escalation point for the current on-site team of 3 that are around a Tier II level Help Desk and coordinate with higher level Engineers based out of the Spokane office.

Must haves

• 4-6 years of experience
• O365 administration, Windows Server & Desktop
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, Exchange (basic understanding), AD
• VMware (exposure), basic network technologies, wireless access points, etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer support skills

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Healthcare experience
• Backup - Datto or Veeam - general exposure
• Citrix systems
• SAN Technologies
• Previous MSP or Consulting experience
• CompTIA Server+ or MCSE
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar tools
• Experience with ConnectWise BrightGauge or similar BI tool
• IT Glue or similar knowledge base tool (documentation tool)
