Job Title: Senior Marketing Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 base + benefits

Role Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, diving deep into campaign performance to generate actionable insights. You’ll champion data-driven decision-making, working on everything from A/B testing to strategic recommendations. This role also involves light data engineering, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and analyze complex datasets to generate meaningful insights.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns (email, SMS, paid search, social, etc.) using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to enhance user experience.
  • Create intuitive, data-driven dashboards to empower real-time decision-making.
  • Deliver regular reports on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead validation efforts to maintain a stable, scalable data system.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years supporting marketing teams.
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Solid grasp of statistical analysis (e.g., correlation, regression).
  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights and lead discussions across teams.
  • Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling is a plus.
