Electronic Technician

An employer in Alice, TX is seeking a Electronic Service Technician to join their team. The Electronic Service Technician is responsible for the equipment maintenance at the service shop to ensure that everything is functional & operating appropriately for the field. This person will be performing maintenance/diagnostics/ repair on low voltage electrical equipment, valves, actuators, & hydraulics of various oil & gas equipment.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience as a low voltage technician
• Knowledge of PLC's (Program Logic Controllers)
• Knowledge of MODBUST (data communication protocol)
• Previous experience working with hydraulics & electrical troubleshooting/ maintenance

Plusses:

• Background within the Oil & Gas Industry
• PLC Courses/ Certifications
