Intellectual Property Specialist

A national law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Specialist to join their team in Houston, TX

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of IP litigation experience.

Annual salary up to $105,000.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of IP litigation rules and procedures.
• Responsible for docketing & IP litigation management, including providing documents to docketing and DMS systems.
• Create, edit, format, and proofread documents, memoranda, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Utilize iManage, CompuLaw, and Microsoft Office.
• Plus additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of IP Litigation experience, with Litigation Docket software knowledge.
• Law firm experience.
• Prior experience with assisting in managing IP litigation trials..
• Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
