Proposed Job Title: Sr. Director, Vendor Performance Reports to: Group Vice President, Supply Chain
(this position is Hybrid working 2 days a week in the Denton Texas Support Center)

Essential Function
Support department Project Management functions along with the GVP of Supply Chain. Responsible for the holistic budget and establishment of timelines for a portfolio of projects, as well as supporting individual project budgets. Lead vendor performance team to generate optimal purchase order (PO) life cycle performance. Support the ESG Project team and 3rd party vendor with initiatives and reporting that cross over with the Supply Chain and Facility stakeholders.
Primary Duties
Communicate between the TPMO and various project teams by assisting business leaders with benefit and cost estimates with proposed initiatives, developing project business cases/plans and serving as the primary point of contact as initiatives move from approval process to establishment of milestones and deliverables. Responsible for reporting the department budget, working with leadership to control project spend, financial reporting and trend forecasting. Track and manage the budget and resources for all initiatives, process invoices as applicable. Frame and guide Business Leader in the capital investment process as it relates to project portfolio and area of responsibility. Understand organization’s financial plan and capacity to prioritize projects. Manage and control projects, review risks, issues and action items with application owner/sponsor. Utilize the full system development process, and deployment to production across internal and external teams Establish and continue to improve reporting standards for initiatives by providing support and guidance to teams using external expertise where needed ensuring data is accurate and timely. Provide reports and dashboards for SEC/ Regulations Board of Directors and other reporting needs. Assist with content and participate in the SBH ESG core project group and ESG Steer Co meetings. Raise compliance concerns and make recommendations for business process improvements. Ongoing development of vendor performance program as well as teams KPI and performance outcomes. Liaise between the TPMO and FP&A to further ongoing company initiatives and programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
10+ years of previous corporate experience Bachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite with the ability to work data models Ability to analyze and present the results of key financial metrics to executive level Ability to maintain confidentiality

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
