Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications to align with the City's operational requirements and improve user experience.
- Customize Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Document knowledge resources and collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and agile teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and monitor system performance to optimize data integrity and security.
Required Skills:
- Extensive Salesforce Development Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, as well as web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integration and Data Management: Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, along with skills in data management tools and relational databases, including SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader.
- CI/CD and Version Control: 3 years of experience implementing CI/CD processes and utilizing version control tools such as Git and Salesforce DX within cloud platforms and services, particularly Salesforce Cloud.
- Agile Collaboration and Communication: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset focused on knowledge sharing and team development.
