Are you a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer ready to lead innovation and continuous improvement? Schluter Systems, a family-owned global leader in ceramic tile installation products, is looking for a Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer to drive excellence in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the technical expert for manufacturing equipment, focusing on safetyefficiency, and quality
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, reduce waste, and enhance production capacity through Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, R&D, and more to drive projects and business initiatives.
• Support new product development, ensuring seamless integration into the manufacturing process.
• Provide mentorship and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with expertise in mechanical systems, automation, and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Hands-on experience with CAD, PLCs, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
