Title: Credit Cards Payments SME (Product Analyst/ Business Analyst/ Project Manager/ Product Manager/ Product Owner)

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Princeton, NJ (5 Days Onsite)

W2 Contract or Fulltime.

Job Description:

Need candidates who knows full Life cycle of Credit cards Payments (like, fraud detection techniques, transaction processing, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, payment gateway integration, acquiring/issuing processes)

Experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in the card’s domain (credit, debit, prepaid) within financial services or fintech.

• Proven track record in card product development, transaction processing, and operational management.

• Practical experience in implementing BIAN standards.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of card processing systems, including authorization, clearing, and settlement.

• Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging, EMV standards, and PCI DSS compliance.

• Knowledge of fraud detection techniques, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in payment gateway integration, acquiring/issuing processes, and reconciliation.

• In-depth understanding of BIAN standards and their application in card product development and integration.

BIAN Awareness and Service Domains knowledge

• Lead the implementation of BIAN standards within credit card systems.

• Ensure alignment of card product development and integration with BIAN frameworks.
