Opportunity Description

We are partnered with a well-established plastic container manufacturer in Illinois. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and at this site specifically. The organization is seeking an Experienced Engineer to lead process engineering, process development, process improvement, and standardization at this flagship facility.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years experience in plastic manufacturing (injection molding or blow molding)
• Experience working in a team environment as a leader. This position oversees 10+ technicians
• Proven track record of process development, standardization, and process improvement (cycle time reduction, improved changeover times, scrap reduction)
