DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth operation of the technologies involved, and provide support to development teams utilizing these pipelines.
- Identify and implement improvements for the CI/CD platform tools.
- Collaborate with infrastructure specialists and engineers to integrate, deliver, and operate services as required.
- Develop scripts to streamline software builds and deployments.
- Provide technical support to the sales team by answering prospective clients’ questions.
- Coordinate with vendors for platform upgrades, manage software promotion through controlled environments, handle testing, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to senior leadership when necessary to ensure timely solutions for business needs.
- Uphold the security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end DevOps methodologies
- Proficient in continuous integration and deployment tools.
- Technical proficiency with DevOps tools, including source code management, infrastructure automation, and integration with third-party tools for enhanced automation.
- Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and programming languages.
- Proven experience building automated end-to-end DevOps pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI, Ansible, JFrog Artifactory, Docker, Git, AWS, Azure, and VMware vSphere.
- Experience with APIs, Node.js, MS SQL, and QA testing tools.
- Proficiency with DevOps tooling, cloud computing, coding/scripting, and infrastructure engineering.
- Familiarity with source code version control tools.
