SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Location: Hybrid - onsite work in Harrisburg, PA

Length: 1 year w/ possible extension

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Functional experience as a Functional / Product Specialist on projects of various size and subject matter
  • 5+ Years: Experience with designing business processes for SuccessFactors’ implementation
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a Business Analyst capacity
  • Experience working with, and giving presentations to, senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience coding and configuring SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0, Recruiting, and Integration center
  • ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module
  • ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
  • · Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in
  • Microsoft ADO Testing Module
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems

Must haves:

  • Experience configuring Recruitment and Onboarding modules in Successfactors
  • Experience implementing Onboarding 2.0 module in Successfactors (We are starting our Onboarding 2.0 project very soon and this resource will be the lead)
  • Experience supporting Onboarding 1.0 module
  • Has existing Provisioning access to Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Has super admin access for Onboarding
  • Experience working with Integration center (this person will be our SME for the Successfactors to Onbase integration process)
  • Must be willing to support the standard interfaces between SAP and Successfactor

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Successfactors modules
  • Experience working in SAP HCM modules
  • Experience working with S/4 SAP system

Position Overview:

Coordinate and take the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of the assigned requests, projects, and tasks for the following functionalities within Successfactors and the resource must be able to perform the below duties within all of these:

  • Successfactors Recruitment
  • Understand Talent Pipeline and how to configure
  • Understand Job requisition process and configuration
  • Support SAP standard integrations between SAP and Successfactors
  • Has access to Recruitment provisioning
  • Successfactors Onboarding
  • Implement and maintain Onboarding 2.0 transformation project
  • Support Onboarding 1.0 module
  • Understand the Onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding processes and configuration
  • Creating and maintaining custom panels
  • Support SAP standard integrations between SAP and Successfactors
  • Successfactors Integration Center
  • Familiar with how Integration Center works and configured
  • Design and execute integration center rules, filters, and jobs
  • Support Successfactors to OnBase document flow process
  • Successfactors Reporting
  • Configure and maintain reports in People Analytics and Report Center
  • Be assigned Request Items, Tasks, and Projects to complete in a self-directed and semi-independent manner.
  • Ensure a mutual understanding of the request and the proposed approach/response between both the client and the Contractor before beginning work on a request.
  • Coordinate and execute all development aspects including reports, integrations, interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation, and enhancements.
  • Document requirements, or user stories in detail, as determined within Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
  • Perform technical functions that are within the scope of this position. These include, but are not limited to configuring, coding, testing, data loads, and scripting.
  • Document the progress and other details relating to the work being performed within the appropriate system(s) of record.
  • Perform and/or coordinate the Unit, System Integration, User Acceptance, and other testing as specified by the following the IT Quality Management Playbook (playbook to be provided upon start of work).
  • Document and demonstrate changes (Showbacks) to stakeholders, as directed.
  • Work with the system administration team to have the changes code and peer reviewed then implemented into PROD.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer on the changes, as requested.Plus provide guidance and support to the application support team, as needed, for troubleshooting issues or answering questions as directed..
  • Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
  • Leads, and participates in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.
  • Adhere to the standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
  • Perform tasks and other duties as assigned.
