Legal Recruiting Specialist - Houston Area

A global full-service law firm located in Houston is seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to join their team. Candidates must be degreed and have at least 5 years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm. Job duties include:

• Delegate to coordinators and assistant
• Train team coordinators, assistants, contract workers and interns, when applicable
• Maintain recruiting timelines for events and projects
• Update team OneNote binders
• Draft team communications
• Respond to inquiries from attorneys/staff
• Generate surveys using Novi Survey tool
• Support Summer Associate Program, Summer and New Associate Orientation, and other LRD initiatives as needed
• Respond actively, thoroughly and courteously to the needs of clients and internal requests within the firm; volunteer time and knowledge; work effectively and willingly with others
• Other duties as may be assigned.
