Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our wealth management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting financial advisors and ensuring a high level of service to our clients. This position involves direct interaction with clients, managing account-related activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions to account-related issues.
- Assist financial advisors in preparing client presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Facilitate account openings, transfers, and maintenance, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain client data, ensuring records are up-to-date and confidential.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and transactions.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely processing of transactions and proactive follow-up on outstanding items.
- Support client onboarding by preparing new client materials and setting up accounts.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and managing advisor calendars.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and client service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a client service, operations, or administrative role, ideally within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
