KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Essential Functions

  • Provide day to day support to team members for professional correspondence and tasks, project schedules, meeting agendas and task listings for client assignments
  • Research and prepare market/building tour reports and site surveys
  • Create flyers and eblast campaigns
  • Direct involvement in client presentations, including preparation and presentation as needed
  • Perform accounting functions which may include preparation of expense reports, requisitions and billings
  • Work in cooperation with other employees in the office on large projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, detailed itineraries and special events
  • Answer telephones, filing, database entry and other office duties as assigned
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed, while ensuring the workspace remains organized
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Director of Operations

Specialty Functions

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other applicable CRM. Administration, training, oversight, reporting, etc.
  • Assist with marketing collateral including email campaigns, sublease flyers, & PowerPoint presentations
  • General writing ability, white papers, blog posts, press releases
  • Business development including sourcing leads, research, and follow-up with prospects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Real Estate Salesperson’s license (as an example)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles
  • General knowledge of database & research techniques
  • IT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot typical software and hardware problems
  • Calendar management

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 10 years work experience in an administrative/support position
  • Preference in commercial or residential real estate
  • Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Commercial real estate experience
