Insight Global is looking for a Network Engineer for a client in Scottsdale, AZ.

Network Engineer

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85255 - onsite 3 days a week

Duration: Permanent

Salary Range: $115K - $125K

Required Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Network design, engineering, and support
• 2+ years of Data Center Network Management or Support (Cisco/Nexus)
• 2+ years of Firewall Deployment, Management and/or Support (Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto)
• 2+ years of Load-Balancer experience (F5 preferred)
• 2+ years of Cisco Meraki experience
• Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) experience
• Logic Monitor Experience
• 2+ years of experience working in a Managed-Service environment, a network or systems consultant, or working for a consulting organization
• Proficient in a wide range of Layer 2/3 networking (OSPF, BGP, VPC, Load balancing) and security (VPN, ACLs, FW Clustering, IPS) technologies
• Experience with Deployment and Management of Cisco Firepower (CDO, FMC, CLI)
• Proven track record as technical lead on projects
• Cisco CCNA

Job Description:

The role of a Network Engineer is to assist with related to design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of our customer’s Internal and Client network environments. The Network Engineer is also responsible for performing investigative assessments of client environments and using the information gathered to make recommendations for clients. They provide 3rd-level support of the customer’s multi-tenant datacenter environments.
