The Role:

Komodo is looking to hire a Talent Intern who will report to a Talent Manager. The Talent Intern will support the Talent Manager in managing their talent roster.

A commitment of 12-20 hours per week is required, for a minimum of 3 months. This is an in-person position and an unpaid internship.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain talent inboxes, scheduling, and travel
• Track invoices and report to finance
• Regularly update presentations and talent media kits
• Execute brand deals with talent
• Handle day-to-day organization with talent
• Ensure brand communications and campaign delivery are timely and efficient
• Attend events alongside talent as applicable

Qualifications:

• Meaningful relationships with digital talent, creative agencies, and brands
• A thorough knowledge of the ever-evolving social media landscape and best practices to grow talents’ various platforms
• Attention to detail and exceptional organization
• Excellent communication skills, whether in person, by phone, or by email
• BA or 4-year college equivalent
• YouTube certification a plus
