We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and enhance our recruiting efforts. This role is essential in driving our recruitment strategy, optimizing hiring processes, and developing our brand as a top employer. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment cycle and partner with department leaders to meet hiring goals that align with the company's growth and culture.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a recruitment strategy that meets organizational needs and fosters a strong talent pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee and participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and strengthen our position in the market.
- Data & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize the hiring process, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other third-party providers.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive D&I initiatives within the hiring process to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Compliance: Ensure recruiting practices comply with legal and ethical standards, including EEOC guidelines and internal policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience in high-volume hiring
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Proven track record in building and managing a high-performing recruitment team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
- Experience implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Experience with employer branding strategies and digital recruitment marketing
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment laws
