Overview: We are seeking a dedicated QC Environmental Monitoring Associate to join a growing team in a state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental monitoring (EM) within a Quality Control (QC) environment and will be experienced in aseptic gowning for work in ISO 7 and ISO 5 cleanroom spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental monitoring activities, including:
• Viable Air Sampling
• Surface Monitoring
• Non-viable Air Sampling
• Personnel Gowning Monitoring
• USP Water Testing
• Gram Stain identification
• Streak Plating
• Perform sterility testing using BacT and SteriTest methods.
• Monitor air, surface, and particulate levels to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support sterile manufacturing processes through flexible scheduling, which may occasionally include weekends, off-hours, and holidays.
• Adhere to all safety and quality protocols while fully or partially gowning up as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a QC environment with a focus on environmental monitoring techniques.
• Proficiency in sterility testing, plating, and monitoring methods.
• Aseptic gowning training and familiarity with ISO 7 and ISO 5 (Class B) cleanroom requirements.
• Strong technical skills with a hands-on approach to EM procedures.
• Flexibility in scheduling to support manufacturing operations as needed.
