Senior Architect:
We are seeking a strong Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Candidate to have experience in commercial and hospitality design. Candidates are required to be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. The ideal candidates must have strong communication, writing, design, and production skills. They must be able to complete design and construction/documentation and construction administration. As well as this candidate also needs to be experienced in building codes and their applications.
Tasks:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Work with principals and staff to collaborate on the design and production of documents.
- Prepares design and construction drawings.
- Completes architectural design projects on time and meets client quality expectations.
- Coordinates architectural drawings with drawings from other professional disciplines related to each project.
- Prepares, reviews, and approves submittals, correspondence, change orders, and shop drawings. Completes and maintains project files.
- Performs field surveys and gathers pertinent information required to accomplish design and construction drawings.
- Performs all aspects and applications of the building codes and other regulatory agencies.
Skills and Requirements:
· Minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
Submission of a professional portfolio of completed work samples.
· Preferred commercial experience in the following project types: Hospitality (Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, Casinos, and Hotels).
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam software is required.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Works well in a team environment. As well as an individual without the requirement of supervision.
· The ideal candidate would be professionally licensed as an architect in Texas.
Compensation:
- Commensurate with Experience

Hours:
- Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, we are flexible and can accommodate an individual work schedule that works for all.
