Regional Property Manager - Multi-family

Job Title: Regional Property Manager

Location: Central Florida (portfolio includes 5-6 properties, within a 50 mile radius of Orlando)

Salary: $110k - $125k base, might be slightly negotiable, plus excellent benefits

General Duties:

• Oversee a portfolio of multi-family assets, including managing individual property managers, and reporting on the finances and profitability of the assets.
• Oversee capital improvement projects
• Hire and train staff, as needed
• Work on budgets
• Assist with marketing the properties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or the 7-10+ years' experience having property / regional managed multiple multi-family assets.
• Property management software experience, i.e. Yardi, MRI, etc., as well as a proficiency in MS Excel
