Senior Manager of Finance

The client is an established developer of a variety of assets across solar, wind, storage, and natural gas. They have strong financial backing and is led by a team of seasoned renewables veterans.

They're looking for a Sr Manager of Finance to report to the VP. This role will be instrumental in the financial structuring utility scale solar and storage assets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling and analysis for renewable energy projects
• Spearhead debt financing initiatives and capital raising efforts
• Collaborate across departments to develop innovative financing solutions
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts, overseeing workflow and project pipelines
• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on all aspects of project development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in project finance, M&A, or related fields
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, especially for renewable energy projects
• Strong knowledge of debt structures, tax equity, and PPA/hedge modeling
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO energy markets
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

This role is hybrid and based in Boston, MA office.
