Litigation Paralegal

Prominent boutique Sacramento firm seeks talented litigation paralegal to join its team Starting in a more temporary capacity but could grow to more as they are headed into a big trial over the next few weeks! This perso would directly support not only the Managing Partner but be an intricate part of the paralegal team! If you are eager and ready to dive into a complex trial and gain the experience in a high level paralegal role, we want to hear from you!

Litigation Paralegal responsibilities include:

  • Discovery including responding to discovery responses and propounding discovery
  • E-Discovery knowledge including responding to e-Discovery responses
  • Drafting motions and pleadings
  • Knowledge of state and federal court rules
  • Trial Preparation

Additional requirements of the Litigation Paralegal role include:

  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
