Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 5-7 years of experience to join their Labor and Employment Group. This position is based in the firm’s Los Angeles, CA office.

The estimated salary for this position is $315,000 to $370,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Overview:

This role involves representing employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations, with a strong need for experience in wage and hour class action litigation.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience
• Background in California employment law and trial experience
• Exceptional project management skills, outstanding writing and oral communication abilities, and the capability to manage complex workloads
• JD from an accredited law school
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
