About the Role: Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
- In-depth interviewing with attorney candidates to assess marketability
- Networking with attorneys and legal professionals
- Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages
- Assisting all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions.
Qualifications: You could be the perfect person for this job if you have the following:
- Experience practicing law and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role
- Enthusiasm and personal motivation
- Business acumen and an entrepreneurial edge
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required (retail, client services)
- JD required.
No prior recruiting experience required. Experience practicing law is a requirement.
Work Location: This position is remote, but the successful candidate must sit in Colorado, preferably in the Denver metropolitan area to facilitate candidate and client meetings. Strong ties to the Denver legal market preferred.
Pay range and compensation package:
At the time of posting, the base compensation for this role in Colorado is $50,000 with the potential for bonus being unlimited!
