Business Analyst - Financial Systems

W2 Contract to Hire - we can not use Corp to Corp (C2C)

Rate: $48-52/hr. W2 with benefits/PTO

Conversion Salary: $96,000 plus bonus

Business Ananyst (Financial Systems) - PeopleSoft is a PLUS

• PeopleSoft and experience with finance or financial systems is a big plus
• Must Have Excellent Gathering Business Requirements skills - Roadmapping, Estimates of Work
• Epics
• Aha! is a plus
• Will be working with Agile lead and Technical Product Owner and bridging the gap between IT and Business

Requirements:

• Basic Word, Intermediate Excel, Flowchart software, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate complex business needs and problems for technical solutions
• Ability to manage the requirements and testing process
• Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional and technical disciplines
• Advanced oral and written communication with different levels in the organization
• Complex analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to share and impart knowledge
• Ability to develop and work with project charter, gap-fit analysis, roles and responsibility matrix, requirements documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, test plans, and test cases
• Knowledge of various program management / applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• 5-7 years IT-related experience, such as Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, etc.
• Accounting or Finance background or financial system knowledge
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM a plus
