Senior Business Analyst
Location: Cambridge MA
Duration: 04+ months with possible extension.
Summary: The Procurement 360 Program's Business Analyst is responsible for two key areas. Primarily - develop and evolve the Supplier Onboarding and Data Management Process. Secondly - using this knowledge and other Procurement knowledge to specify requirements for Procurement Analytics Reporting. The BPA works with the necessary stakeholders to ensure the process and Analytics requirements meet the user needs and reflect reality.
Responsibilities:
- Supplier: Develop and Refine the Supplier Onboarding and Change Process, identifying common process steps and different flavors, to provide a released, end-to-end view.
- Supplier: Align Stakeholders to ensure that the Process reflects reality and aligns with existing Work Instructions, and vice versa.
- Procurement Analytics: Engage Users to understand their needs and create specifications to meet their reporting needs.
- Procurement Analytics: Work with Technical Development Team to explain business specifications for technical realization.
- Overall: As assigned, develop Training Materials.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Direct experience with Supplier and Procurement Data
- Business Process Mapping
- MS Visio or equivalent.
