Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Fully onsite in Mission Viejo, CA 92653
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours)
Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
- Skilled in handling high volume phone calls
- Determines priority and type of call, and initiates problem solving
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Enters acquired data into the PC computer system
- Prepares cost estimates and contracts
- In response to incoming calls, provides status updates as requested.
- Works effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listens to and objectively considers ideas and suggestions from others; keeps commitments; keeps others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addresses others by name, title or other respectful identifier; and respects the diversity of our workforce in actions, words and deeds.
Qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of professional or relevant Customer Service experience
- We WILL accept applications from recent graduates of a 4-year University!
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will not accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).
