Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Live Stream Technical Launch Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution for our live streaming show. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for fashion and digital media. This is a very demanding position that requires you to work at your full capacity for the entirety of your shift. Additionally, it is necessary to be attentive to the impromptu modifications made by the host, showrunner, and assistant showrunner. This position is paramount to the experience of the live show, and if done incorrectly is detrimental to all team members. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and coordination of live streaming shows, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are covered.
• Technical Management: Oversee the setup, testing, and operation of live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming software.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with live stream manager/showrunner and live stream assistant showrunner to ensure a seamless live show.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth execution of live shows.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-event testing and validation to ensure high-quality streaming and viewer experience.
• On-the-Day Management: Act as the primary point of contact during live shows, managing communication across teams and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Post-Event Analysis: Compile reports and conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of our live streaming capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in live streaming, technical project management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in live streaming technologies, media delivery, and uploading product prior, during, and after live stream show. Additionally, have the ability to queue products accurately in a fast fashion during live stream shows.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in the clothing industry and a keen eye for detail.
