Senior Manager-Omnichannel and Patient Analytics

Job Insights:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 4+ overall years of experience in leading analytical projects in the pharma domain
• Experience in pharma sales force analytics is a must. Experience in other areas including, but not limited to, patient analytics, digital analytics, and commercial analytics is an added advantage
• Experience in AI/ML predictive modeling
• Strong understanding of the pharma ecosystem and familiarity with key data sources, industry trends, and compliance requirements
• Experience in areas of risk-score modeling, customer segmentation, impact assessment, attribution analytics, collaborative filtering, marketing mix modeling, recommendation engines, and natural language processing will be an added advantage
