Job Title: nCino Business Analyst

Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
Technical skills:
• nCino 201 and/or 301 certification
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and 5 plus years in lending domain
• Business Analysis in commercial lending domain
• Experience in commercial loan origination including the functionalities like
-Deal/opportunity identification, Loan application processing, Credit analysis & approval, Closing procedure & Collateral management
-Credit delivery & FICO scoring functionality
• Experience in using the tools/products for commercial lending & mortgage processing like Encompass, nCino etc
• Should have strong presentation & communication skills
• Responsible for commercial loan origination business analysis & ensure the product is build as per the business needs
• Analyze the nCino product mapping requirements and support the business stakeholders in providing the proper mappings to IT teams
• Identify and optimize requirements based on business needs
• Coordinate with business and identify all the end-end requirements related to loan origination process. Good in capturing the requirements clearly and document them as needed. Ensure the requirements are passed to IT teams & support them on requirement analysis
• Support business and product owners to create the strategy for commercial loan origination
• Discuss and coordinate with business, association banks and IT teams for creating the business requirements
• Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Support business testing for the features developed in test and production environments
