Key Skills - Oracle HFM and PBCS - L3 Support.

• Knowledge on Hyperion HFM, PBCS, HFR, FDMEE
• Knowledge of DRM,OACS/Essbase
• Support HFM Close Process, Rule, HFR Report migration between environments.
• Maintain all on premise HFM servers and troubleshoot in case of issues.
• Refresh metadata in HFM from DRM.
• Maintain and manage users, groups and roles.
• Help troubleshooting the data load issues between SAP, HFM, PBCS and OACS
• Help troubleshooting the metadata, mapping loads between SAP, DRM and HFM
• Support Planning, Forecast & Budgeting process and monthly or period closing.
• Help migrating the PBCS artifacts between environments.
• Load metadata from DRM to Planning.
• Facilitate the data load process between HFM and PBCS
• Support HFM & PBCS business team to troubleshoot data issues they are facing.
