Position: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Richmond Area (Primarily Remote outside of a few times a month)

Duration: 6mo Contact-to-Hire

Availability: ASAP

A client of Insight Global's is searching for a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish) to help support large commercial and industrial hiring needs in the Richmond and surrounding areas. This person must sit in the Richmond area but is able to work fully remote, outside of a few onsite hiring events each month. These individuals will be sourcing and recruiting primarily on construction based skillsets.

Experience Needed:

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting (either corporate or staffing)
• Experience recruiting for construction skillsets (Electricians, project managers, inspectors, etc.)
• Bilingual in Spanish

Plusses:

• Previous experience with the construction industry in the region
• Experience working in bulk hiring projects (1k+ resources)
