The Civil Litigation Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and support staff, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
About the Role
- Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Develop case strategies and arguments to achieve optimal results for clients. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs. Collaborate with team members to coordinate case management and support services. Negotiate settlements and manage interactions with opposing counsel and involved parties. Stay current with legal developments and changes in civil litigation laws. Uphold ethical standards and act in the best interest of clients. Participate in firm initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate and California Bar accreditation required.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
