Position Overview:

At our client, their team operates at the intersection of robotics and biopharma. As a

Full-Time Robotics Software Engineer, you will work alongside a highly collaborative team

of robotics engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, computer scientists,

other software developers and biopharma scientists to build robotic systems that

automate the manufacturing of life-saving cell therapies.

Projects include, but are not limited to, parallel process planning, data integration,

developer tooling, imitation learning and customer-facing applications. Your strengths and

passions will determine which team you assist and all teams rotate frequently to promote

cross-functional collaboration and rapid learning for all members. This role is for you if you

are a strong problem solver, a motivated and hard-working engineer, and excited to work at

an early-stage startup.

As a member of our Software team, you will:

  • Design, build, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality production
  • software.
  • Develop end-to-end cloud and networking infrastructure.
  • Develop robust and optimal job scheduling algorithms.
  • Develop code for current projects in all areas of the code development
  • stack including customer-facing projects and internal tool development.
  • Work with AWS and cloud systems to ensure code pipelines are building
  • and deploying code as expected.
  • Design and implement developer tooling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong background in Python and data science.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technically challenging startup environment.
  • Prioritize organization and detail orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple project and task assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills that clearly express ideas and design details in meetings, team presentations, whiteboard brainstorming sessions, and various technical documentation.

Additional Qualifications – Considered a plus:

  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
