RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you're an integral part of what brings our company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for:
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects across different environments
• Manage and automate the deployment process to ensure smooth and reliable releases
• Collaborate with development and test teams to streamline the development workflow and improve release cycles
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, and infrastructure as code
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in DevOps and automation.
REQUIRED DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git CI/CD, or Jenkins
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Node, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or EKS
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a focus on managing multiple networks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
• Certification in DevOps or related field (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar DevOps Engineer certification)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
