NetSuite Administrator/Analyst

Role Purpose

The NetSuite Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's NetSuite ERP system to meet business needs. This role focuses on optimizing business processes, developing custom reports and dashboards, and driving continuous improvements within the NetSuite environment. The Senior Analyst collaborates with various departments to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and implement process improvements within NetSuite.
• Design and support scalable solutions that enhance business operations and align with organizational objectives.
• Assist in managing the integration of NetSuite with other business applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process efficiency.
• Support the development and maintenance of integration processes using tools like Celigo or similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the system.
• Participate in NetSuite-related projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Provide advanced support to NetSuite users, helping them resolve issues and optimize their use of the system.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, system configurations, and project details.
• Assist in preparing reports for compliance and audit purposes, ensuring that NetSuite processes adhere to organizational standards.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Competences required

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum of 3+years of work experience working with NetSuite, particularly in a support or an analyst capacity
• Understanding of core NetSuite modules, including Financials, Inventory, and Order Management
• Experience in system integration tools such as Celigo or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in creating and managing reports and dashboards within NetSuite.
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• NetSuite Certification (such as Suite foundation or ERP Consultant) are a plus
