Operations Associate - Wealth Management

We are seeking a new account processor who is willing to join our client - a leading wealth management broker dealer. In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage day to day new business and service processes
• Process all new business paperwork such as account opening, investment form completion and insurance product paperwork.
• Act as SME with CSA and Paraplanner to keep clients with sound up-to-date information as needed
• Account maintenance on existing clients as needed
• Support team members in other ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within a wealth management, financial planning or private banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
