What you will bring to the table as an RF Optimization Lead:
- Bachelor's degree in either Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Wireless Systems Engineering
- MUST have Strong Nokia recent experience
- 10+ years of experience in mobile networks related experience, with a deep knowledge of 5G/4G (including VoNR/VoLTE) technologies
- Experience with Drive testing optimization and Actix
- End to End optimization experience
- Experience with Layer 3 troubleshooting
