Quality Assurance Consultant

This specific role is required to be fulfilled on site. This role is part of the Global Information Security (GIS) Metrics Operations team that manages Cyber Security Metrics portfolio including Risk Appetite, Board Level, and QA metrics. This role is responsible for accurate and timely execution of quality assurance activities and assisting with metrics related documentation. Key responsibilities of the job include executing high quality testing in accordance with the test scripts, documenting and escalating defects, managing improvement initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality Assurance activities of Metrics Operations processes
• Ensure data accuracy across metrics platforms
• Identify, document, and escalate defects identified during testing
• Manage the quality of the end to end execution process Identify defect trends and work with stakeholders to address root cause
• Conduct metrics playbooks
• Quality Assurance review
• Assist metric owners with ensuring metrics playbooks comply with the bank policies
• Execute initiatives by identifying areas of potential improvement opportunities
